These results are from a Peloton Bike workout with and without using a GIOI Gummy!
Kevin C. did the same workout twice. He did 4 sets of 30s all out sprints (bursts) with a 4min rest interval between the bursts.
On his first ride he did not use GIOI Gummies and you can see that his maximum power output was 280 watts. Two days later on his second workout he ate a GIOI Gummy after his 2nd 'burst'.

What you can see is an obvious difference in power output on his 3rd 'burst'. He was able to reach am maximum power output of 313 watts, and was able to sustain that effort through his 4th 'burst'.

His quote to us was this: 'I felt like I could have kept going for a 5th and 6th 'burst'. I did not feel like I was about to die!'
There is a measurable difference of 11.13% in Power output from peak to peak.
