The Competitive Edge Athletes Need

My 14-year-old daughter, Brooklyn is a highly competitive lacrosse player. When her team competes in a tournament, they typically play two games per day and sometimes as many as four. Most athletes begin to fatigue after the first game, and by the end of the second, the fatigue is significant. Repeating this format the next day and potentially adding a third or fourth game due to playoff brackets means the quality of play will decline, and the risk of injury will increase.
Brooklyn and several of her teammates have been using GIOI Gummies before games and between matches to help keep their muscles as activated as possible. This increase in muscle activation improves their endurance by reducing the amount of excess energy spent trying to recruit large, dense muscle fibers inefficiently. It gives them a subtle but significant advantage in later games, especially the second, third, or fourth of the day and, more importantly, helps lower their risk of injury from playing multiple games in back-to-back days.
